Conducted a comprehensive rehabilitation of a 2000 square foot home in Old Saybrook, CT. The property, previously foreclosed upon and neglected for many years, underwent a total transformation. The project included a complete rehab of the kitchen with new custom cabinets, upgrades to all bathrooms, replacement of windows, refinishing of wood floors, enhancements to mechanical systems, exterior roof, and painting, as well as improvements to walkways and landscaping.

Burlington, CT Townhomes: Construction

Constructed a subdivision comprising three duplexes, totaling six townhomes in Burlington, CT. The project demanded rigorous site engineering and close collaboration with the town due to its proximity to the town center.
